Welcome and thank you for stopping by and for taking time to listen to my instrumental music on guitar and any other musical instrument I have managed to bring along with me today. Many of the pieces I play are student pieces for beginners/intermediates with no more than one or two years playing experience. .
Other musical instruments you may have seen me with today are the Violin/Fiddle and The Appalachian Dulcimer as pictured below, also known as the Fretted or Mountain Dulcimer. This instrument has a beautiful sweet sound, and for beginners, an ideal alternative to guitar for a first introduction in the playing of stringed instruments.
INTRODUCTION
A short welcome message from myself with a demo that highlights the main differences between the guitar and dulcimer for anyone who is interested in learning either of these two instruments.
